Sensory Analysis
- Visual:
- Cherry red.
- Nose:
- Good fruity performance, slight hints of wood, complex, with slight
traces of minerals.
- Tasting:
- Round, buttery, tasty with a good fruity character on the tongue, and
with a very subtle woody background.
Recommended dishes
- Game and meat with complex sauces, etc.
Serving temperature
- Degrees:
- Uncork, leave for a few minutes and then serve at 17ºC.
