Production

- Fermentation of must.

Sensory Analysis
- Visual:
- Light straw colour with very clean and brilliant green iridescence.
- Nose:
- Clean and fresh aroma, with hints of berries and light floral traces.
- Tasting:
- Dry and light on the tongue, fresh, good flavour, persistent, fruity and
balanced, with a touch of medium to high balanced acidity, with a long aftertaste.
This wine has a full finish and with a good flavour.
